Rising noise outfit THE NONE have unveiled a blistering new live session via state51—offering the first taste of new material from their forthcoming debut album.
Captured in a single, unbroken take, the session introduces two previously unreleased tracks, ‘Watch’ and ‘Daddy Doesn’t Make Mistakes’, alongside a ferocious cover of Napalm Death’s infamous ‘You Suffer’. Across ten relentless minutes, the band channel their signature collision of chaos and precision—equal parts raw aggression and melodic instinct.
It’s a fitting snapshot of a band widely tipped as one of the UK’s most compelling new acts. Featuring members of Bloc Party, Cassels, Frauds and more, THE NONE have built a reputation for their uncompromising sound and visceral live shows—drawing acclaim from Rolling Stone UK, The Quietus and Metal Hammer alike.
“We’ve been working hard on a new batch of songs,” the band say. “This session felt like the right moment to debut a couple of them.”
Alongside the release, THE NONE have announced a pair of curated all-day shows in London (May 16) and Birmingham (July 18), where they’ll be joined by a lineup of handpicked artists. A run of further live dates and festival appearances will follow throughout the summer.
To mark the session, a strictly limited run of just 51 lathe-cut 12” records will also be released via state51—each hand-numbered, signed by the band, and pressed in unique colour variants.
With new material now surfacing and their debut album on the horizon, THE NONE are moving with intent—and if this session is anything to go by, they’re only getting louder.

A black leather jacket fits naturally with the raw, aggressive energy described here. For men’s styling, it works as a sharp outer layer that matches the intensity and edge of the sound, especially when paired with darker denim or relaxed trousers for a grounded, performance-ready look.
