GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL UNVEILS 2024 EMERGING TALENT COMPETITION
Glastonbury Festival is back with its highly anticipated 2024 Emerging Talent Competition, proudly sponsored by PRS for Music and PRS Foundation. This thrilling contest offers budding artists from the UK and Ireland a shot at the spotlight, vying for a chance to grace one of the festival's prestigious main stages.
Entrants stand to win a £5,000 Talent Development prize from PRS Foundation, with two runners-up each securing a £2,500 prize, all while enjoying the spotlight of one of the world's most renowned music festivals.
Musical talents from every genre are invited to throw their hat in the ring, with submissions accepted exclusively via glastonburyfestivals.co.uk from 9 am on Monday, January 29th, until 5 pm on Monday, February 5th, 2024.
The Festival places a premium on diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that disabled artists receive the support they need to thrive throughout the competition.
Once entries flood in, a panel of 30 esteemed music critics will curate a longlist of 90 acts, subsequently narrowing it down to a final shortlist of eight, judged by none other than Glastonbury's own Michael and Emily Eavis.
