Iration Steppas Announce Double Header Weekend At Freedom Mills

Iration Steppas are a Leeds institution, an iconic and globally revered sound system and production unit composed of Mark Iration and Denis Rootical. They first crossed paths in 1993 at a time when sound system culture and music in the UK was undergoing significant change, where figures such as Jah Shaka had an entirely different approach that would not only champion the early beginnings of the music, but also new interpretations. Iration’s own production style was nicknamed “Year 3000 Dub”, a nod to their ability to masterfully acknowledge the past, present future of music and soundsystem culture. As for the Iration Steppas system itself, it still remains one of the best loved, a wall of sound that continues to stand the test of time.

Tribe Records, one of our favourite record stores in Leeds, have announced a show at Freedom Mills. They will be hosting Irration Steppas on Saturday the 17th of October, to a standout line-up where Exodus, Dubrunner, and Maria will support. Seeing as tickets absolutely flew out for this weekend's Tribe Records w/ Iration Steppas they've added a Sunday date.

Tickets will go live tonight at 7pm and they aren't expected to last long. Table bookings from 4 - 6 people available via dice.fm @ £7 + BF per person -> link.dice.fm/B5pk7j7cyab

COVID-19 Safety measures are in place throughout the venue in order to ensure people's safety Please note this also currently includes reduced volume levels to keep in line with Government guidance.
