Fred Again.., Sammy Virji and rising Nigerian star Winny join forces today for a brand-new dance heater titled ‘Winny’ — a club-charged collaboration built around the singer’s unmistakable, velvety vocals. The track pulls from Winny’s EP Commercial Break, sampling fan favourites ‘Lego’, ‘9-5’ and ‘Utility Player’ to create a kinetic, future-facing anthem powered by her soulful edge.

The release marks the latest chapter in Fred Again..’s fast-moving new USB era — a sprawling, ever-evolving project that’s already delivered a stack of high-profile collaborations. ‘Winny’ follows a run of standout drops including the ‘Beto’s Horns’ remixes with CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso and Ezra Collective, ‘Talk of the Town’ with Sammy Virji and Reggie, ‘HARDSTYLE 2’ with KETTAMA and Shady Nasty, and recent favourites like ‘Facilita’, ‘Ambery’, ‘the floor’ remixes, ‘OK OK’, and ‘you’re a star’ with Amyl and the Sniffers.

Fred’s experimental spirit continues beyond official releases. Last week he jumped on Twitch live from Toronto, building new edits in real time with fans before uploading the works-in-progress directly to SoundCloud mid-stream.

The momentum comes as Fred launches the next phase of his USB002 campaign — ten songs and ten shows in ten cities across ten weeks. The Toronto dates at The Hangar featured appearances from Loukeman, FROSSYOUTH, Brat Star, and a B2B set with Four Tet, alongside the immersive installation by visual artist Boris Acket, which will appear at every USB002 show. The USB project first began in 2022, producing hits like ‘Baby Again’, ‘Rumble’ with Skrillex & Flowdan, ‘Jungle’, ‘leavemealone’ with Baby Keem and ‘stayinit’ with Lil Yachty — with remixes from Nia Archives, HAAi and Rico Nasty — before the 2024 vinyl release of USB001. Pre-orders for the upcoming USB002 vinyl are now open.
