British pop riser Eva Gadd makes a luminous return with her stunning new single “I Just Flew To The Moon”, a beautifully stripped-back release that puts her spellbinding vocals right in the spotlight. Carried by soft piano and delicate acoustic guitar, the track drifts with a dreamlike weightlessness — a tender slice of soulful indie pop that feels as if Gadd is floating through space, inviting listeners to drift right alongside her.
Out now via APOLLO Distribution, the single showcases Eva at her most emotionally exposed. Calling her sound “soul from a sensitive soul,” she digs deep into the universal ache of never feeling quite enough, no matter how much you give or how hard you try.
“There’s something deeply vulnerable about admitting that I’ve tried so hard to impress people — and realising that sometimes, no matter the things you achieve, it’s still not enough,” Eva shares.
With its poetic lyricism, minimalist production, and a vocal performance that glows with honesty, “I Just Flew To The Moon” cements Gadd’s place among a new generation of emotive singer-songwriters — artists who channel raw feeling into moments of quiet, powerful reflection.
The release follows a standout 2024 that saw Eva complete a four-track collaboration with Grammy-winning duo Blue Lab Beats, and continues a run of intimate singles including “Spinning” and “Have It All.” With more music set for release soon, her new era is taking shape with striking clarity.
