BFRANK ARRIVE WITH POWERFUL DEBUT SINGLE ‘BRIGID’

Irish indie-pop wife duo BFrank have made an immediate and arresting impact with the release of their debut single ‘Brigid’, a lush, synth-laced slow-burner capturing the intoxicating first spark of queer love. Alongside the track, the pair have unveiled a Dirty Dancing–inspired video, a tender and cinematic extension of the song’s emotional pull.

A merging of two acclaimed creatives — indie artist Susie Blue and celebrated photographer, videographer and painter Audrey Blue — BFrank marks their first joint musical venture in a decade-long relationship rich in art, activism and collaboration. Their vocal harmonies intertwine with striking intimacy on ‘Brigid’, a song they describe as “an amalgamation of all the women we felt something for and how they forever changed us whether good or bad.”

Audrey’s award-winning visual artistry and Susie’s critically backed musical career (BBC 6 Music, Radio X, Alt Press, DIVA, Hot Press, The Irish Times) form a potent new hybrid, expanding their commitment to honest storytelling around love, identity, mental health and LGBTQIA+ rights. The duo made their first live appearance as BFrank at Performers For Palestine in Belfast this October, reinforcing their collective voice and political ethos.

With more music and live shows on the horizon for 2026, ‘Brigid’ is a striking opening statement — a celebration of queerness, vulnerability and the electric force of falling in love for the first time.
