The independent Pembrokeshire festival is levelling up for summer 2027, with 100+ more acts to come, upgraded production and Groove Armada celebrating 30 years.

Westival is gearing up for its biggest edition yet, announcing Wilkinson, Andy C, Groove Armada and Girls Don’t Sync as headliners for its 2027 return to the Pembrokeshire coast. Taking place at Shipping Hill Farm in Manorbier from 15–18 July, the independent festival is building on two consecutive sell-out years with a heavyweight electronic line-up and more than 100 live and electronic acts still to be announced.

Drum & bass heavyweights Wilkinson and Andy C lead the charge, bringing serious dancefloor credentials to the Welsh countryside, while Groove Armada will deliver a DJ set as part of their 30th anniversary celebrations. Joining them are Girls Don’t Sync, the high-energy DJ collective making their Westival debut.

Despite scaling up its ambitions, Westival is staying true to the independent spirit and intimate atmosphere that have helped it build such a loyal following. For 2027, organisers are promising bigger stages and upgraded sound and lighting across the site, while keeping the community-led feel at the heart of the experience.

Away from the music, festival-goers can expect the return of Westival’s wellness area, complete with workshops, saunas, hot tubs and massage therapists, alongside local food traders, independent bars and art installations. Set in a coastal corner of West Wales, the site is also just a five-minute walk from Manorbier train station.

For founding director Joseph Worley, the festival’s growth is particularly meaningful given his own roots in the area. He describes the arrival of these established acts in Manorbier as an “incredible moment in Pembrokeshire’s rich cultural history”, reflecting the excitement surrounding a festival that continues to attract audiences from across the UK and beyond.

With its biggest line-up still taking shape, Westival 2027 looks set to bring major dance music names to one of Wales’ most distinctive independent festival settings — without losing the community spirit that keeps people coming back.

Westival takes place 15–18 July 2027 at Shipping Hill Farm, Manorbier, Pembrokeshire.

Tickets go on sale Friday 30 October at 10:30am. Full-weekend tickets start at £160 for members of the Westival WhatsApp community. Sign up for access at westival.wales/sign-up.
