Denmark’s ultimate new-music showcase and industry conference has revealed the next wave of artists heading to Aarhus, as SPOT Festival 2026 prepares to transform the city centre into a two-day playground of discovery on 1st–2nd May.
With 145+ performances across 20+ venues — from music halls and bowling alleys to parks and rooftops — SPOT continues to cement its reputation as the go-to launchpad for emerging Danish and Nordic talent. Today’s expanded lineup spans indie, pop, hip hop, metal, electronic and everything in between, reinforcing the festival’s commitment to creativity, diversity and left-of-centre sounds.
Leading the announcement are Copenhagen hypergaze duo 100%WET, returning after standout sets in 2025, alongside rising Danish R&B singer Carlina de Place and experimental project A Good Year. Norway’s next generation is also strongly represented, including Vogue Scandinavia-tipped rapper Musti, tender pop songwriter Iris Caltwait, and club-leaning electronic force dragongirl.
From Iceland, acclaimed singer-songwriter RAKEL joins the bill following her Iceland Airwaves PLUS Award win, while acts from across Sweden, the Faroe Islands and Denmark round out a lineup that already hints at tomorrow’s breakout stars.
Alongside the music, SPOT will once again host SPOT+, its industry summit running 30 April – 2 May, bringing together professionals from across the Nordic and international music scenes for panels, workshops and networking.
More artists are still to be announced, with over 150 acts ultimately set to perform across the city. Tickets for SPOT Festival 2026 are on sale now.
