Robbie Williams to headline PHILLGOOD 2027 as festival returns to Plovdiv

British pop icon Robbie Williams has been announced as the first headliner for PHILLGOOD 2027, with the new festival set to return to Plovdiv, Bulgaria, next summer.
Williams will open the three-day festival on Friday 16 July, kicking off a second edition that promises another big international line-up at the city’s Rowing Canal. More artists are set to be announced.
The announcement follows PHILLGOOD’s debut this summer, which brought together more than 35 artists including The Cure, Gorillaz, Moby, Wolf Alice, Kneecap and Suede. Thousands of fans attended, with more than a quarter travelling from outside Bulgaria.
But the music is only part of the draw. Set in Plovdiv, widely recognised as Europe’s oldest continuously inhabited city, PHILLGOOD offers something a little different from the usual European festival circuit: major acts in a city packed with ancient history, culture, food and a growing contemporary arts scene.
The festival takes place from 16–18 July 2027, with three-day tickets starting at €199. Presale tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 11 September.
With Robbie Williams already on the bill, PHILLGOOD 2027 has wasted little time raising the bar.
