JHart enters his “Full Fantasy” era with new EP and first-ever headline live show
JHart is done looking backwards. The GRAMMY-winning songwriter and seven-time Billboard No. 1 hitmaker has announced his new EP, The Full Fantasy, landing October 16 via 10K Projects, alongside its playful, polished title track.
Following the vulnerability of previous singles “Memories” and “Bby Blue”, “Full Fantasy” takes a different route — leaning into curiosity, confidence and the thrill of letting something unfold without worrying too much about where it is going. It is slick pop with a nostalgic edge, but underneath the catchy hook is a more personal idea: wanting connection while still holding onto your freedom.
“Full Fantasy” also marks the final chapter in a run of singles that has charted a shift from reflection and healing towards self-expression and living in the moment. The EP promises to push that idea further, exploring love, identity, desire and the messiness of figuring yourself out.
The release will get its first live outing on October 28, when JHart takes The Full Fantasy to Blue Note Los Angeles for the project’s official release party and his inaugural live performance. It will be the first time the EP is presented as a complete creative era on stage.
For an artist who has spent years writing hits for some of pop’s biggest names, The Full Fantasy looks like JHart stepping firmly into the spotlight on his own terms.
