South London’s gloriously chaotic six-piece Fat Dog are back with a vengeance, unveiling their brilliantly titled new single, Go Fuck Urself.
A three-minute blast of euphoric electro-pop, the track blends shimmering ’80s-inspired synths, melodica, and Balearic grooves with Joe Love’s trademark snarling wit. Equal parts rant and rave, it’s an escapist anthem aimed squarely at the person in the mirror.
The release is accompanied by a brilliantly unhinged video directed by Nine Screens, which sees the band delivering their message from the centre of a wrestling ring.
The new single marks Fat Dog’s first release of 2026 and sets the tone for what promises to be another huge year. The band have announced an extensive UK and European headline tour, culminating in their biggest hometown show to date at O2 Academy Brixton on 24 October.
Before then, they’ll join Foo Fighters for three arena shows across Europe, support Kneecap at Crystal Palace Park, and appear at major festivals including End of the Road Festival, Dour Festival, Reeperbahn Festival and Bearded Theory.
Following the success of their 2024 debut album WOOF., this latest release proves Fat Dog remain one of the UK’s most unpredictable and exciting live acts.
