Adrián Shares Final Preview Of Debut Album Sunburn With ‘Lost In Time’

Adrián is closing the chapter on his debut album rollout with ‘Lost In Time’, the final single to arrive ahead of Sunburn, due October 16 via Pont Neuf Records.

Following previous releases ‘My Heart Drifts’, ‘Sunburn’ and ‘Feel Like’, the new track moves into more introspective territory. Built around enveloping pads, a slow-burning groove and Adrián’s own vocals, ‘Lost In Time’ explores the strange limbo of missing someone after a relationship has ended — when the person is gone, but the memories refuse to disappear.

That tension sits at the core of Sunburn. Across eight tracks, Adrián draws on relationships, love and experiences from his twenties, transforming the lingering emotions of those moments into something melodic and deeply personal. “I tend to hold on to memories and emotions for a long time, and sometimes that can hurt,” he explains.

The album also marks a significant shift for the French artist. Previously known for the club-focused productions of Cosmonection, Sunburn moves between deep house, electronica and indie pop while placing Adrián’s own voice at the centre of the project for the first time.

‘Lost In Time’ consequently feels like a fitting final piece of the puzzle — a restrained, reflective track that captures the album’s fascination with memory, longing and the emotional residue of relationships.

An official music video for ‘Lost In Time’ is also set to arrive today at 6pm CET, further expanding the world around Adrián’s debut.
