South London heavy music collective IMISSMYMOM have unleashed their blistering new single ‘Lust’, out now via independent imprint THEFT, complete with a striking visualiser filmed on the windswept shores of Marina di Pisa, Italy.

Born from London’s underground, IMISSMYMOM channel DIY grit, punk ferocity, and experimental flair into a sound that’s as cathartic as it is confrontational. The five-piece—fronted by Toronto-born Tennessee, with Kyle on drums and Cameron on bass), producer Tommy Wallwork  shaping the sonics, and guitarist Mrley sharpening the edges—create music where vulnerability is weaponized and distortion speaks volumes.

‘Lust’ is a raw, surreal exploration of objectification and emotional dissonance, with Tennessee’s searing vocal at its heart. “Should I accept objectification? Will playing along help me avoid becoming an object?” she asks, narrating the uneasy transformation into “a taxidermied version” of oneself for a distracted lover. The track swells with tension, pairing jagged guitars and punishing basslines with a haunting sense of melancholy.

The Marina di Pisa visualiser, shot by Wallwork, underlines the band’s multidisciplinary edge—equal parts performance, atmosphere, and cinematic grit. Together, the single and video affirm IMISSMYMOM’s place as one of South London’s most exciting, boundary-pushing acts.

Cathartic, fearless, and unflinchingly honest, IMISSMYMOM are carving out their own lane—and ‘Lust’ is proof they’re impossible to ignore.
