Breaka Announced For Music Sphere Event At World Headquarters

Music Sphere is a Newcastle-based platform and party dedicated to showcasing the sphere of electronic music circulating not only Newcastle but the UK. The platform aims to champion diversity and expression within electronic music, whether it be putting on parties in the city, or showcasing talent through their radio show, or their weekly ravemakers series.

Having previously put on a standout event last year with our very own Phasmid, Music Sphere is setting their sites on another party in Newcastle. Breaka is set to headline their first party in the iconic World Headquarters - one of Newcastle's most important and cultural venues. The venue was just recently nominated as one of the best small clubs in the UK by DJ Mag last year.

The show also marks Breaka's Newcastle debut show, one you surely don't want to miss out on, Support on the evening comes courtesy of Han Walker, the South London based DJ will be making her first trip to Newcastle. She's been making nothing but waves, with notable radio appearances on Balamii, Netil Radio, Threads, Mode FM and a 1020 Radio residency. Also supporting is Becky Woodcock - Co-founder of music sphere, as well as. a resident for Ape-X and Newcastle-based Slacks Radio. Last but not least support comes from Macca - co-founder of Music Sphere, as well as Subtle Radio resident.

Having had regular chats with the wonderful people over at Music Sphere, we can assure you this is not one to miss. These are people who deeply care about helping put Newcastle on the map, welcoming DJs from all over the country whilst championing their own. Be sure to get down!
