Trapstar x Wray & Nephew Team Up for Limited-Edition Jersey Celebrating 200 Years of Rum Legacy

ree

London streetwear powerhouse Trapstar has joined forces with Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum to mark the Jamaican icon’s 200th anniversary with a limited-edition jersey drop.

Blending Trapstar’s bold urban aesthetic with Wray & Nephew’s unmistakable black, green and gold heritage, the jersey landed 17th August—just in time for Notting Hill Carnival, where Wray & Nephew will be throwing the ultimate birthday bash.

Priced at £75 and available exclusively via Trapstar, the drop is set to be one of Carnival’s hottest looks, giving fans the chance to wear two centuries of Caribbean legacy with streetwear edge.

“This collaboration with Wray & Nephew felt like a natural fit – two brands with deep roots and strong communities,” said Trapstar London. “One of our founders, Lee, is from the Caribbean, and rum has always been a meaningful part of his culture and upbringing. So, it made perfect sense to create a Jamaican-inspired jersey, and have Wray & Nephew as the official sponsor to celebrate 200 years.”

The celebrations don’t stop there: Wray & Nephew will continue its anniversary takeover with a special Carnival presence and a Formula Baad x Wray & Nephew birthday party on 23rd August at UNDR in Notting Hill, curated by DJ and cultural tastemaker Izzy Bossy.

Fans can also snap up the brand’s 200th Anniversary limited-edition bottle, inspired by Jamaican dancehall posters and soundsystem culture, available now for £30.

Two centuries strong, Wray & Nephew continues to flow from Kingston to Carnival, bringing Jamaican spirit to the world—this time, stitched into streetwear history.
