UK Zine Jockey Slut to Publish Andrew Weatherall Tribute Book
Iconic UK magazine Jockey Slut are to publish a 160-page book to honour the late-UK music legend Andrew Weatherall.
Founded in Manchester by Bugged Out!'s John Burgess and Paul Benney as a bi-monthly fanzine, Jockey Slut became a nationally revered magazine centred around dance culture and underground music in the UK. They have just announced that they will be compiling over 30 years-worth of material covering the late Andrew Weatherall's career.
Inside this book will be every Weatherall interview published by Jockey Slut, and a new 10,000 word oral history with input from Danny Rampling, Bobbie Gillespie, David Holmes, Justin Robertson and Radioactiveman.
