Sonny Fodera launches huge summer with Malta festival and Ibiza return

Globally renowned DJ and producer Sonny Fodera has kicked off what’s shaping up to be a defining summer, closing out his four-day Somedays Festival in Malta before heading straight to Ibiza for the opening of his much-anticipated residency at Pacha Ibiza on 11 May.

Marking a major career milestone, Somedays Festival saw Fodera host his own destination event, drawing thousands of fans to Malta for a weekend of world-class electronic music. The success of the event signals a new chapter for the artist, who continues to cement his position at the forefront of the global house scene.

Riding that momentum, Fodera returns to Ibiza to take up residency at one of the island’s most iconic venues—setting the tone for another standout season on the international circuit.

The run of shows comes ahead of his forthcoming album Can We Do It All Again?, set for release on 12 June. Five years in the making, the 18-track record features fan favourites including Somedays, Asking, Mind Still, All This Time and Think About Us, capturing the uplifting, groove-led sound that has become his signature.

With a packed schedule ahead, fans can expect to hear new material across major stages worldwide. 2026 is already shaping up to be a landmark year, with appearances confirmed at Creamfields, BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend and TRNSMT Festival, alongside his Ibiza residency and ongoing global tour dates.
