Manchester's Corella Unleashes New Indie-Rock Anthem "Don't Stop Me"

Manchester's rising indie sensation, Corella, is making waves once again in 2023 with their latest indie-rock anthem, "Don't Stop Me." Following the success of their beloved EP 'Today, Tomorrow, Whenever' last year, which garnered attention from BBC Radio 1 and CLASH Magazine, Corella is back and ready to rock.

The band, consisting of Joel Smith (vocals), Jack Taylor (guitar), Ben Henderson (bass), and James Faw (drums), is known for their infectious guitar-driven sound, and "Don't Stop Me" is no exception. This new single adds another layer to their musical evolution, offering a taste of what's to come from their eagerly anticipated debut studio album, currently in the works.

Speaking about the track, Corella explained, ""Don't Stop Me" is all about escaping from your normal lifestyle and chasing what you're really passionate about. Being a young person in the UK these days can be a real challenge. It's easy to fall into a dark place, especially when life feels tough on both an individual and societal level, and it can seem like everything and everyone is working against you and your dreams."

The band aims to uplift their fans with this song, reminding them that even in the darkest moments, there's always something to make you smile. "When we play this live, we want to see them lose themselves in the music, even for just a moment; to forget all of life's problems and stresses, as it's important to immerse yourself in what gives you that buzz."

Corella has been making a name for themselves with two sold-out UK headline tours in September 2022 and March 2023, as well as electrifying performances at festivals like Reading/Leeds, Latitude, Kendal Calling, and Neighbourhood. As they gear up for a busy Autumn of live shows, including another sold-out UK headline tour, Corella's star is on the rise.
