EVERYONE YOU KNOW SHARE NEW VIDEO FOR ‘PAPER AEROPLANES’

EYK, the dynamic sibling duo taking the UK music scene by storm, has just released their highly anticipated music video for 'Paper Aeroplanes.' Directed by the talented Jay Green, known for his work with Nothing But Thieves and Biig Piig, the visually stunning video captures the electric energy of a late-night dancefloor using only an iPhone.

Green explains, "In the 'Paper Aeroplanes' video, we aimed to recreate the vibrant atmosphere of a club night. By exclusively using iPhones, we achieved a grainy, pixelated aesthetic reminiscent of Instagram stories. With the help of a selfie stick, we captured dynamic shots that perfectly matched the virtual camera movements we had planned using 3D scans. The 3D scans were captured using Luma AI, and we added lighting and camera movements in Unreal Engine. It's amazing how much you can accomplish in filmmaking with just your pocket-sized device."

The summer anthem 'Paper Aeroplanes' has already received critical acclaim and support from BBC Radio 1, with recognition from esteemed DJs Jack Saunders and Clara Amfo. This release follows EYK's successful 12-track EP from 2021, featuring hits like 'Higher,' 'Radio,' and 'Just For The Times' featuring Joy Anonymous. The London-based duo has rapidly gained popularity, amassing over 150 million worldwide streams with their unique fusion of garage, dance, and punk.

EYK's rise to prominence has been marked by support from influential tastemakers such as Jack Saunders, BBC Introducing, Sunday Times Culture, Crack, Wonderland, NME, Complex, Notion, Gigwise, Clash, and The Line of Best Fit. Their innovative sound has captured the attention of fans worldwide, solidifying their status as one of the most exciting emerging talents in the UK.

Having already sold out a 15-date UK tour in 2021, EYK has become a staple in the festival circuit, enchanting audiences at Secret Garden Party, NASS, Sundown, Isle of Wight, Dot to Dot, and unforgettable performances at Reading & Leeds, where they opened the BBC Radio 1 Dance tent. This summer, the duo is set to perform on the mainstage at Secret Garden Party and will support Noel Gallagher at Crystal Palace Park on July 28th.

With 'Paper Aeroplanes' making waves and new music on the horizon, EYK returns with a bang, solidifying their position as one of the most thrilling artists in the UK. Don't miss out on the captivating video for 'Paper Aeroplanes'—out now!
