Everybody Loves The Sunshine Returns To Cleethorpes With The Allergies, The Hempolics & More

Cleethorpes' favourite celebration of jazz, funk, soul and reggae is back for 2026, and it's shaping up to be its biggest edition yet. Everybody Loves The Sunshine returns to the Meridian Showground on Saturday 1st August, bringing a stacked day of live music, DJ sets and seaside vibes to the Lincolnshire coast.
Leading the latest wave of announcements are Midlands Afrobeat powerhouse Rhythm Speaks Truth Collective (RST Collective), whose explosive 15-piece ensemble joins an already impressive bill featuring acclaimed hip-hop funk outfit The Allergies, reggae-soul innovators The Hempolics, and genre-bending London jazz collective Zeñel.
Fresh from appearances at some of the UK's biggest festivals, The Allergies arrive armed with their renowned party-starting live show, complete with guest vocalists and musicians, while The Hempolics bring their trademark fusion of reggae, dub, soul and hip-hop to the seaside stage. Elsewhere, Zeñel's boundary-pushing blend of jazz, grime, Afrobeat and electronic influences promises one of the most adventurous sets of the weekend.
Festival-goers can also expect DJ sets from Jon Cox, Beetroot, Jim Jazz and FATWAX45, with further names still to be revealed. Produced by North East Lincolnshire creative organisation The Culture House, Everybody Loves The Sunshine has quickly become one of the region's standout independent festivals, offering a boutique atmosphere, affordable ticket prices and a carefully curated lineup of established and emerging artists.
Named after the iconic 1976 Roy Ayers classic, the festival continues its mission of bringing world-class music to the coast, all while remaining family-friendly, dog-friendly and accessible to a wide audience.
Tickets are on sale now, with adult tickets priced from £27.80 and family packages available.
Everybody Loves The Sunshine takes place from 1pm-11pm on Saturday 1st August 2026 at the Meridian Showground, Cleethorpes.
