Mamilah announce open-call to remix 'Talk Less' EP

Mamilah are a Leeds based group of musicians, producers, DJs and songwriters. Collectively composing their songs has given way to a whole host of musical influence, walking through genres of soul, jazz, latin music and R&B.

The band are moving from strength to strength with official remixes of the 'Talk Less’ EP coming out in the next few months. The EP was one of our favourites we've heard in the past year, being streamed by thousands and got plenty of airtime with the likes of BBC Introducing. They've come up with a great way of getting the wider creative community involved in the band, deciding to do an open call for anyone who is interested in doing a remix to give it a go. No ifs, no buts, no rules. "The stems for ‘Speak Freedom’ are here, all we ask if that you make it into your own style ! We’ll listen to all the submissions and choose our favourite to release along with the other remixes on all our music distribution sites."
