Well it's finally here again, after months of waiting Inner City Electronic has returned to Leeds for the second year running. The Multi venue festival taking place this weekend have announced the location of their 2019 festival hub and wristband exchange, with a unique site in the heart of the city centre also hosting a selection of must see artists from this years festival line up.
